Jeff Hakanson (Central Florida University) was taken in the fifth round (155 overall) in the 2020 MLB Draft by the Tampa Bay Rays. Hakanson is the second Pioneer to be drafted into the pros, following RHP Alex Achtermann (2019, 30th Round, Colorado Rockies). Congratulations Jeff!
