TROY, Mich. (January 10, 2020) – The American Collegiate Hockey Association, the governing body for non-varsity college hockey in the United States, announced today the regional sites for the upcoming 2020 Men’s Division 2 Regional Tournaments.

The site locations and dates for the 2020 Men’s Division 2 Regional Tournaments are:

NORTHEAST REGION

February 28-March 1, 2020

Keene Ice, Keene, NH

CENTRAL REGION

February 28-March 1, 2020

Griff’s Georgetown, Hudsonville, MI

WEST REGION

February 27-29, 2020

Idaho Ice World, Boise, ID

SOUTHEAST REGION

February 28-March 1, 2020

The Lawrenceville School, Lawrenceville NJ

The two top-ranked teams in the each M2 Region will receive an automatic bid to compete at the ACHA National Championship Tournament held in Dallas, Texas from March 20-24, 2020.

The next ten highest-ranked teams in each M2 Region will compete at their respective Regionals Tournaments for one of two remaining bids to the National Championship Tournament.  The four lowest-ranked teams will play in a play-in game on Day 1 of the Regional.  The remaining eight teams will play in an elimination game on Day 2 of the Regional.  The winners of the second day of games will face off against one another on Day 3, the last day of the Regional Tournament, to try to earn of the two remaining spots to the ACHA National Tournament.
