12 members added to the Section V Football Hall of Fame
 
Chairman Dick Cerone announces the twelve new members that will be inducted into the Section V Football Hall of Fame. The 22nd annual ceremony is scheduled for Friday, April 5th at the RIT Inn and Conference Center in Henrietta.
 
The Section V Football Hall of Fame was established in 1998 and now has a total of 257 members. The newly inducted members are selected as players, coaches, officials and contributors. They have distinguished themselves as outstanding performers and have made Section V Football the very best in New York State.
 
Players nominated are:
Nicholas Clark/Canisteo-Greenwood, Dom Delucia/Pittsford, Dennis Fitzpatrick/Bishop Kearney,
Stephen Jonas/Webster Schroeder, Rob Schroeder/East Rochester and Ron Whitcomb/East Rochester.
 
In the Coaches category the nominees are:
Steve Girolmo/Livonia, Dennis Greco/East Rochester, Tom Sprague/ McQuaid and Jim Allegretto/Attica.
 
The Official being enshrined is Ron Campe/Cardinal Mooney from RCCFO.
 
In the Contributor category, the honoree is Andrew Paladino/LeRoy, for contribution to Section V as an assistant coach.
 
The Senior Student Scholarship recipients are:
Cheerleading - Savanna Smith - Honeoye Falls-Lima High School – Presented by Ontario Honda
Football - James Clements - West Irondequoit High School – Presented by Connors & Ferris
