CONNOR CARR-MATTHEWS COMMITS TO CUYUGA

Date:  Source: Terriers Baseball

Congratulations to Terriers LHP Connor Carr-Matthews and his family on Connor's recent commitment to the Cuyuga Community College baseball program.

Over the past few seasons Connor has been the model of consistency ‎both as a starter and out of the bullpen.

He is a crafty lefty that commands three pitches, is an excellent team mate and has made tremendous strides in his career as a Terrier.

His willingness to learn and his great attitude are additional attributes that are a credit to Connor's overall make-up.

The Spartans will play out of Falcon Park which is home to the Auburn Doubledays minor league baseball team. 2019 will be their inaugural season and they will compete in the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA), Region III, East Division.

The main campus is in Auburn, New York and was established in 1953. It is home to 4,000 students.

Connor has been an Honor Student for the past three years and has also captained his high school volleyball and baseball teams.

He was a major cog in the 16u Terriers run to the 2018 PBLO Championship last summer in London.

Connor will be studying Criminal Justice at Cayuga.

Continued success Connor.
