Date: Mar 5, 2019
Kitchener, Ontario — The Kitchener Panthers are pleased to announce a sponsorship with KPMG, recently named “Best Place To Work in Ontario.” In an endeavour to build community spirit and awareness for kids sports programs, KPMG will be partnering in a contest to award local children with the opportunity to attend Panthers Baseball Camp.
The Kitchener Panthers are offering two baseball camps this summer for ages eight to 14. Campers will learn from the most elite players in the region, while enjoying Kitchener's brand new baseball training facility, Playball Academy Canada (www.playballacademycanada.ca). Kids will learn fundamental baseball skills from Panthers Coach, Luke Baker, and be instructed by star players including Noelvis Entenza, Miguel Lahera, Jonder Martinez and Yorbis Borroto. Camps run July 9 to 13 and July 16 to 20; campers will receive a free T-shirt, hat, and a free ticket to KPMG Day on Sunday, July 15, when The Panthers take on The Brantford Red Sox at Jack Couch Park.
