Christian Hauck named Rawlings IBL Player of the Month for May

CAMBRIDGE, ON – The Intercounty Baseball League (IBL) today announced that Kitchener Panthers starting pitcher Christian Hauck has been named the IBL’s Player of the Month for May presented by Rawlings.

Hauck had an almost perfect May as he held a 2-0 record with no earned runs over 18 innings of work while striking out 24 and only giving up six hits.

Hauck’s best effort came during a 6-0 win over the Burlington Herd where Hauck pitched a complete game shutout, striking out twelve and walking four.

Hauck is in his third season in the IBL and first with the Kitchener Panthers after spending two seasons with the Burlington Herd.
