Royals Improve to .500 with win over Hamilton

GUELPH - Sean Reilly hit his first home run of the season, scored twice and drove in three runs to lead the Guelph Royals to an 11-4 win over the Hamilton Cardinals Tuesday night in Guelph.

Josh Garton and Narciso Padilla also had two hits each for the Royals who are now 2-2.

Jon Dziomba had two hits for Hamilton which fell to 2-3.

Edwin Javier picked up the win on the hill while Chris Lazar suffered the loss for Hamilton.

For the Cardinals at the plate, they banged out two triples, from Jake Foden and Jake Chiaravalle.
