Night at the Races Message for players/families.

We are fast approaching the big race night! It's important to get all our member's participation in this event. This helps reduce individual player fees for the upcoming season. Therefore, please make sure to sell as many tickets and horses as you can! 
Please turn in your sold ticket stubs and horses with the money to any board member (this includes your team managers) by Wednesday, January 31st. This helps us prepare more effectively for the event and the purchased horses will be listed in the program for the evening! 
In addition, we also need volunteers for the following things that evening: 
Set-up 
Food Serving 
50/50 Ticket Sales 

Basket Ticket Sales 
Clean up
