AWLer Zach Rapacz signs with the Normal Cornbelters of the Frontier League.

Rapacz, a native of West Richland, WA, came to the AWL after attending both Columbia Basin CC and George Fox University. The versatile OF/1B hit .386 during the AWL season and showed some pop as he hit 6 doubles, 1 triple, and 2 homeruns.

When asked about Rapacz, Brooks Carey, Manager of the Cornbelters and Rapacz's AWL Manager, said, "He's a good solid all around players. He has above average tools in all areas of the game and he's definitely earned a chance to compete for a job on the Cornbelters.
