During the IIHF Annual Congress was held the final EIHC meeting. Every country was participated and they decided these new groups. Six tournament will be organized and only one questionmark on the list. Romania would like to host a tournament in Galati city and waiting for the confirmation from Netherlands, Ukraine and Lithuania.
