HC Val Pusteria Lupi had a two-goal lead after two periods and cruised the rest of the way en route to a 6-2 win over SSI Vipiteno Weihenstephan.

HC Val Pusteria Lupi got the win behind a great game by Thomas Erlacher, who had two goals and one assist. Erlacher scored the first of his two goals at 17:08 into the second period to make the score 3-1 HC Val Pusteria Lupi. Armin Hofer provided the assist. Erlacher's next tally made the score 4-1 HC Val Pusteria Lupi with 17:32 left in the third period. Justin Maylan picked up the assist.
