Rittner Buam overcame a one-goal deficit to capture the victory. Rittner Buam trailed 1-0 after a goal by Hockey Milano Rossoblu's Tyler Gron at 6:31 in the second period. Rittner Buam tied things up at 1-1 on a goal by Luca Felicetti at 16:22 in the third period.

Rittner Buam pulled out the victory even though it was hit with 14 penalty minutes.
