Rittner Buam had a three-goal lead after two periods and cruised the rest of the way en route to a 4-0 win over Fassa Falcons.

Rittner Buam's penalty kill excelled, as Rittner Buam gave up zero goals despite allowing seven power plays.

Rittner Buam stifled Fassa Falcons' power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. Rittner Buam was forced to rely heavily on their penalty kill unit throughout the game, as it racked up 22 penalty minutes.

Rittner Buam was helped by Simon Kostner, who registered one goal. Kostner scored 6:55 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Rittner Buam. Brendan Cook provided the assist.
