Scandella's big game bests HC Appiano Roi Team in 6-3 HC Val Pusteria Lupi win

Giulio Scandella was all over the ice for HC Val Pusteria Lupi, as he tallied one goal and three assists in HC Val Pusteria Lupi's 6-3 win over HC Appiano Roi Team.

Scandella scored 5:24 into the second period to make the score 2-1 HC Appiano Roi Team. Tobias Ebner picked up the assist.

HC Val Pusteria Lupi put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow HC Appiano Roi Team to score on any of its five power plays. HC Val Pusteria Lupi's defensemen played an important role in the offense, chipping in two goals. HC Val Pusteria Lupi's penalty killing units received substantial work throughout the game as HC Val Pusteria Lupi finished with 16 penalty minutes.
