Grant Rollheiser recorded a shutout against the Arizona Sundogs as the Brampton Beast picked up a 4-0 win.

Brampton was paced by Matt Caruana, who tallied one goal. Caruana scored 13:54 into the second period to make the score 1-0 Brampton. Tylor Michel provided the assist.

The Beast put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow Arizona to score on any of its three power plays. Brampton was steadier on the defensive front than it has been for much of this season. The Beast average 2.3 goals allowed per game.

Brampton also got points from Michel, who also racked up one goal and one assist. Josh McQuade also scored for Brampton. Other players who recorded assists for Brampton were Rob Collins, who had two and Erik Spady, Jamie VanderVeeken, and Michael Couch, who each chipped in one.

The Sundogs' offense operated below they season average. Arizona averages 2.3 goals per game. The Sundogs put 31 shots on net during the contest, more than the 25.7 they average per game.

Arizona was led by Henric Hoglund, who took six shots.

Brampton's Rollheiser stopped 31 shots out of the 31 that he faced. The Beast totaled 11 minutes in penalty time with three minors and one major and went 1-for-4 on the power play. Cam Lanigan recorded 19 saves for the Sundogs. Arizona ended with 11 minutes in penalty time with three minors and one major.
