The Allen Americans rallied from three goals down to secure a 6-3 win over the Arizona Sundogs. Allen never led in the game until netting the game winner. The Americans was down 3-0 after a goal by Arizona's Shawn Limpright at 17:53 in the first period. Allen tied things up at 4-4 on a goal by Jamie Schaafsma at 17:49 in the third period. The Americans got the game winner at 18:46 in the third period on a goal by Schaafsma. Schaafsma had one goal and two assists to lead Allen. The Americans excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in five chances. Allen surpassed its usual scoring output this season. The Americans average 3.7 goals per game.
