Allen wins tough contest against Arizona, 5-3Tims Toyota Center Fri, Nov 29, 2013 Story by Narrative Science.
The game between the Allen Americans and the Arizona Sundogs was tight through all 60 minutes, but in the end Allen emerged with a 5-3 win. No lead was more than two goals during the contest, and the winning goal was scored by Alex Lavoie at 13:53 of the third period. Lavoie was all over the ice for the Americans, as he finished with two goals in the win. Allen put 34 shots on net during the contest, more than the 27.7 it averages per game. Allen also got points from Phil Fox, who also had one goal and one assist and Gregor Hanson, who also registered two goals and one assist to lead the team in points.
