Grossinger Motors Arena    Fri, Jan 04, 2013

The Bloomington Blaze tried their best to erase a four-goal deficit, but the Arizona Sundogs would not be denied the victory and hung on to win, 4-2.

Arizona made the score 4-0 on a goal by Jeff Kyrzakos at 17:20 in the second period, and Bloomington got as close as 4-2 when Tyler Gron scored 19:07 into the third period.

The Sundogs had taken the advantage when Bloomington's Aaron Dawson got sent off for high sticking. Matt McCready picked up the assist. Arizona also got a goal from Jake Hauswirth as well. Other players who recorded assists for Arizona were Chad Nehring, who had two and Mike Glaicar, Ron Meyers, Cody Purves, and Matt Tassone, who each chipped in one.
