Tim Boron made 37 saves to complete the shutout and led Rapid City to a 4-0 win against the Wichita Thunder. Rapid City's penalty kill excelled, as Rapid City gave up zero goals despite allowing seven power plays. Rapid City was paced by Jared Brown, who registered one goal and one assist.
