Kyle had an extremely impressive season with the MAAC All-Academic Team. At the start of the season Kyle was strictly a weekday starter, but as he continued to prove himself, he quickly became part of the weekend rotation. He had 29 strikeouts on the year and had the best game of his life when he pitched nine shutout innings on Mother’s Day throwing only 124 pitches. From March 31-April 19 he pitched a 0.94 ERA. His total ERA at the end of the year was a team best 2.98. Kyle is majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
