The Atlanta Crackers (5-7) beat the 6-4-3 Cougars (6-8) 2-1 in seven innings on Saturday at Norcross High School behind TJ Eifert, who had two extra base hits.

Eric Alonzo picked up the win for the Atlanta Crackers. Alonzo pitched seven innings and allowed one earned run, four hits and two walks while striking out five.

MATT SUGGS was charged with his second loss of the year. He lasted just five innings, walked two, struck out three, and allowed two runs.
