The South Shore Diggers (13-9) didn't have a chance on Thursday, as the Peters Luncheonette (14-3) won in blowout fashion, 15-1 in six innings at Shorefront Park.

The Peters Luncheonette scored seven runs in the sixth on a solo home run by Adam Hamill, an RBI single by Glenn Grillo, a two-run single by Mike Cuccinello, an RBI double by John Cody, and a two-run single by Chris Angelora.

Cody racked up four RBIs on four hits for the Peters Luncheonette.

The Peters Luncheonette easily handled the South Shore Diggers pitching as six hitters combined for 14 hits, 14 RBIs and 11 runs scored.
