Fans were treated to a high-scoring affair Tuesday as the CRUSH (fall (15-9) outscored the Rusty Dawgs (4-20) 21-17 in seven innings.

The two teams combined for 45 hits in the game.

Rick Coyne helped the CRUSH (fall take the lead for good in the sixth inning. Neil Haglund singled to start the sixth. He then went from first to second on a single by Dennis. Finally, Coyne came to the plate with the score tied at 11, and singled, scoring Haglund.

Haglund racked up six RBIs on five hits for the CRUSH (fall. He homered in the sixth inning and singled in the first, second, fourth, and sixth innings.

Charles Wright racked up three RBIs on four hits for the Rusty Dawgs. He tripled in the second inning, singled in the fourth and fifth innings, and doubled in the seventh inning.

Charlie Baumgartner recorded his third win for the CRUSH (fall even though he allowed 17 runs over seven innings. Baumgartner struck out one, walked four and gave up 22 hits.

Ralph (0-1) was the game's losing pitcher. He allowed 21 runs in seven innings, walked eight and struck out none.
