Fans were treated to a high-scoring affair Sunday as the bad bet (18-4) outscored the JAGERBOMBERS CANZ (13-11) 20-14 in seven innings.

The bad bet blew out the JAGERBOMBERS CANZ thanks to 24 hits, including zero extra base hits. The bad bet scored seven runs in the fourth on a home run by Dennis Mamoney, an RBI single by Erik Coone, and a two-run single by Frank Williams.
The teams traded runs for most of the contest, leading to three lead changes in the game.
Dennis Gallo had a busy day at the plate, collecting three extra-base hits. He singled in the first inning, homered in the fifth inning, and doubled in the fourth and seventh innings.
Coone recorded his first win for the bad bet even though he allowed 14 runs over seven innings. Coone struck out none, walked four and gave up 21 hits.
Dom Geraci (0-1) took the loss for the JAGERBOMBERS CANZ. He allowed 20 runs in seven innings, walked eight and struck out none.
The bad bet pounded the JAGERBOMBERS CANZ pitching, as six hitters combined for 19 hits, 16 RBIs and 15 runs scored.
