Fans were treated to a high-scoring affair Tuesday as the Heavy Hitters (Puglia (9-12) outscored the Blue Devils (8-11) 12-9 in seven innings.

Charles G racked up four RBIs on three hits for the Heavy Hitters (Puglia. He doubled in the first inning and singled in the third and sixth innings.
Josh Haglund had three extra-base hits for the Blue Devils. He tripled in the first and third innings and homered in the fourth inning.
Even though Paul Mazzola allowed nine runs over 6 2/3 innings he still recorded the victory, his fifth of the season. Mazzola struck out none, walked six and gave up 16 hits.
Haglund was charged with his second loss of the year. He allowed 12 runs in seven innings, walked five and struck out none.
The Heavy Hitters (Puglia easily handled the Blue Devils pitching as six hitters combined for 14 hits, 13 RBIs and 11 runs scored.
