A loss looked likely for the Soccer Moms (12-11) when they trailed by six runs in the third inning, but the Soccer Moms were able to capture the lead back with a a three-run double by Ronnie Munster in the sixth inning, spurring the Soccer Moms to an 11-10 win over the Rough Riders (16-6) at Airport #1 on Saturday.

With the Soccer Moms trailing by one, Munster came to the plate and doubled, scoring Kevin Carde, Rob Silsbe and Joe Notaro.

Munster racked up five RBIs on two hits for the Soccer Moms. He singled in the first inning and doubled in the sixth inning.

Both squads had things going at the plate, tallying 21 runs and 29 hits, including zero extra base hits.

Carde got a hit in each of his two at bats. He singled in the first and second innings.

Rob Cambell racked up four RBIs on three hits for the Rough Riders. He homered in the first inning and singled in the third and sixth innings.
