The Dutchgirl softball (6-11) failed to take advantage of Andrew Massa's effort at the plate on Monday, losing 22-21 to the EAST END SCREENPRINTING (7-11) in seven innings at Baseball Heaven four.

Massa rocked the EAST END SCREENPRINTING with two home runs. Massa went 4-4 in the game with two RBIs and three runs scored. Massa homered in the first and second innings.

The EAST END SCREENPRINTING found themselves down in the sixth inning but managed to fight back and claim the win.

Timmy Trava racked up three RBIs on three hits for the EAST END SCREENPRINTING. He singled in the third, fourth, and seventh innings.

Both squads had things going at the plate, tallying 43 runs and 53 hits, including zero extra base hits.

Rich Fasano racked up five RBIs on four hits for the EAST END SCREENPRINTING. He singled in the second, fourth, sixth, and seventh innings.

Bobby Kassick got his second win for the EAST END SCREENPRINTING despite allowing 21 runs over seven innings. Kassick struck out one, walked six and gave up 24 hits.

Jim Cresser was charged with his second loss of the year. He allowed 22 runs in six innings, walked three and struck out none.

The EAST END SCREENPRINTING hammered the Dutchgirl softball pitching as nine hitters had a field day, combining for 27 hits, 22 RBIs and 21 runs scored.
