The Wise Guys Rudis (9-7) jumped out to an early lead, but were unable to hold on and lost 6-2 to the Long Island Heavy Hitters (5-7) on Monday.

While the Wise Guys Rudis led until the seventh inning, the Long Island Heavy Hitters worked their way back and took the lead on an RBI single by Dom Geraci.

The Long Island Heavy Hitters were led by a flawless day at the dish by Tom Frank, who went 3-3 against the Wise Guys Rudis' pitching. He doubled in the fourth inning and singled in the first and seventh innings.

Tom Carbone racked up two RBIs on one hit for the Wise Guys Rudis. He homered in the second inning.
