JOHN DeSenso had two extra base hits, helping the Cobra Kai (15-1) to a 9-4 victory over the Frozen Ropes (11-5) on Sunday at Broadway Ave Park.
He tripled in the first and second innings and singled in the fourth inning.Greg Etimos had two extra-base hits for the Frozen Ropes. He homered in the second inning, singled in the third inning, and doubled in the sixth inning.
SCOTT SESSA got the win, running his season record to 2-0. He struck out none, walked none and surrendered no hits.
rich jensen ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his fifth loss of the year. He allowed nine runs in seven innings, walked none and struck out none.
James Dewhirst, SESSA and DeSenso helped lead the Cobra Kai. They combined for seven hits and five RBIs.
