Chris Demarco brought home the go-ahead run to give the Lezbros (9-5) the lead in the sixth inning, as the Lezbros hung on to beat the Nathletes Tuesday (13-1) 9-7 on Tuesday.

With the Lezbros trailing by three in the sixth inning, Demarco came to the plate and hit a grand slam, bringing home Anthony Cardone, Brian O_apos;connor and Anthony Alba.

Demarco racked up four RBIs on two hits for the Lezbros. He singled in the fourth inning and homered in the sixth inning.

The Lezbros would not relinquish the lead as the Nathletes Tuesday were unable to weather a three-run sixth inning deficit.

The Nathletes Tuesday scored one run in the seventh on a solo home run by John Balk. Despite their efforts, the Nathletes Tuesday couldn't finish the comeback.

Mike Galo racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Lezbros. He doubled in the fourth inning and homered in the sixth inning.

Balk got a hit in each of his three at bats. He singled in the second and fourth innings and homered in the seventh inning.

Rob Anderson got his first win for the Lezbros despite allowing seven runs over seven innings. Anderson struck out none, walked one and gave up 12 hits.

Tim Henneborn couldn't get it done on the hill for the Nathletes Tuesday, taking a loss. He allowed nine runs in six innings, walked one and struck out none.
