An RBI single by Jay Stehl, a two-run triple by Gary Patanjo, a groundout by Candy Hayes, and a solo home run by Mike Demiao in the first inning and an RBI single by Frank Iavarone, a two-run single by Patanjo, an error, and an RBI single by Demiao during the second inning fueled the SIMPLY GREEN's offense early.Patanjo racked up four RBIs on three hits for the SIMPLY GREEN.
Kerri Pallay had a hot bat for the Anger Management. Pallay went 3-4, drove in one and scored one run. He doubled in the first inning and singled in the third and fifth innings.
Patanjo improved to 1-2 on the year by picking up the win for the SIMPLY GREEN. He allowed four runs over seven innings. He struck out none, walked none and surrendered 14 hits.
Richie Noland (2-4) took the loss for the Anger Management. He allowed 15 runs in six innings, walked three and struck out none.
