The Wolfpack (Mccaffery (4-7) outlasted the Blue Devils (2-5) on Tuesday after five lead changes, squeaking out a 5-4 win at Veterans.
The Wolfpack (Mccaffery pulled out the win thanks to a strong seventh inning. A sacrifice fly by Matt Thorstensen scored Keith Mastandrea and gave the Wolfpack (Mccaffery the lead for good.
It was a good day at the plate for the Wolfpack (Mccaffery's Brian O'Shaughnessy. O'Shaughnessy went 2-2, drove in one and scored one run. He singled in the first and sixth innings.
