Tom Schultz was strong at the plate and on the rubber in carrying the Road KIll (20-4) to a 4-2 victory over the Masterbatters (Intrieri on Monday at Clarissa Drive Field.

The Road KIll were led by a flawless day at the dish by Schultz, who went 3-3 against the Masterbatters (Intrieri (12-9)'s pitching. He singled in the second and fourth innings and doubled in the sixth inning.

Schultz picked up the win for the Road KIll. Schultz allowed two earned runs, eight hits and no walks while striking out one over seven innings of work.

The Road KIll staved off the Masterbatters (Intrieri as the Masterbatters (Intrieri were unable to match the Road KIll down the stretch.

The Masterbatters (Intrieri scored on an RBI single by Vinny I in the third inning and a groundout by Melanie McKay in the seventh inning. Despite their efforts, the Masterbatters (Intrieri couldn't finish the comeback.

Alex Neil ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his fourth loss of the year. He lasted just seven innings, walked two, struck out none, and allowed four runs.
