Josh Scherman went 2-3 and hit a home run as the Montgomery Biscuits (4-10) took home a 5-2 victory over the Metropolitan AllStars (2-12) in seven innings at Clarissa Drive Field on Sunday.

The Metropolitan AllStars were led by a flawless day at the dish by brian aickey, who went 2-2 against the Montgomery Biscuits' pitching. He singled in the first and third innings.

Tony Buites recorded his second win of the year for the Montgomery Biscuits. He allowed two runs over seven innings. Buites struck out none, walked two and gave up 12 hits.

john johnston (2-6) took the loss for the Metropolitan AllStars. He lasted just seven innings, walked three, struck out none, and allowed five runs.
