The Megapowers (10-3) failed to take advantage of Dave Lopez's effort at the plate on Saturday, losing 16-15 to the Shake N Bake (12-1) in seven innings at Nichols Road.

Lopez racked up seven RBIs on two hits for the Megapowers. He homered in the fourth and fifth innings.

The two teams combined for 31 runs and 39 hits, including zero extra base hits.

The game was back-and-forth heading into the seventh, with nine lead changes.

The Shake N Bake got their bats going early, scoring seven runs in the first inning to pull ahead of the Megapowers.

Pat DileoSr got the win for the Shake N Bake despite allowing 15 runs over seven innings. He struck out one, walked one and surrendered 22 hits.

Mike Nizinski couldn't get it done on the bump for the Megapowers, taking a loss. He allowed 16 runs in six innings, walked three and struck out one.

The Shake N Bake easily handled the Megapowers pitching as six hitters combined for 10 hits, 11 RBIs and 11 runs scored.
