Mark Pastrana came up big at the dish and on the hill, leading the Dirty Dozen (5-2) to a 20-0 win over the Non Stop on Wednesday at Shorefront Park.
Pastrana racked up five RBIs on three hits for the Dirty Dozen. He singled in the first and second innings and doubled in the third inning.
The Dirty Dozen's Pastrana kept the Non Stop (0-7) off the scoreboard for all three innings he was on the hill. He pitched a shutout, allowing no runs on three hits while striking out two.
The offense exploded for the the Dirty Dozen in the third. The Non Stop had no answer as the Dirty Dozen scored 13 runs.
The Dirty Dozen hammered the Non Stop pitching as 10 hitters had a field day, combining for 23 hits, 21 RBIs and 20 runs scored.
