A superb effort by Marc Cook led the Dirty Dozen (18-3) to a 21-14 win in seven innings over the knighthawks (8-13) on Monday at Granny Road.

Cook racked up seven RBIs on four hits for the Dirty Dozen. He doubled in the second inning, singled in the second inning, tripled in the fourth inning, and homered in the fifth inning.

The two teams combined for 35 runs and 43 hits, including zero extra base hits.

The Dirty Dozen blew out the knighthawks thanks to 22 hits, including zero extra base hits. The Dirty Dozen scored nine runs in the second on a two-run double by Cook, an RBI single by Nolan Lauterborn, an RBI single by Lauterborn, a single by Lauterborn, a two-run double by Jaime Campos, an RBI single by Ryan Wood, a two-run double by Reuben Padilla, and a single by Cook.

James Ramondi racked up four RBIs on three hits for the knighthawks. He homered in the fourth inning and singled in the third and sixth innings.

The Dirty Dozen pounded the knighthawks pitching, as eight hitters combined for 21 hits, 17 RBIs and 19 runs scored.
