The New Jersey Jackals drub the Worcester Tornadoes, 8-2

The New Jersey Jackals (51-36) pounded the Worcester Tornadoes (25-61) on Saturday 8-2 at Yogi Berra Stadium.

The New Jersey Jackals scored three runs in the fifth on an RBI single by Bryan Sabatella and a two-run home run by Francisco Caraballo.

Caraballo racked up two RBIs on one hit for the New Jersey Jackals.

Brendon Kelliher did his best to jumpstart the offense for the Worcester Tornadoes, reaching base three times. He also drove in one runner. He singled in the third and fifth innings.

Kyle Greenwalt recorded his seventh win of the year for the New Jersey Jackals. He allowed two runs over seven innings. He struck out four, walked five and surrendered eight hits.

Kevin Cooper (4-9) took the loss for the Worcester Tornadoes. He allowed eight runs in six innings, walked one and struck out none.
