Anthony Claggett held the Winnipeg Goldeyes (48-36) scoreless for six innings to boost the St Paul Saints (44-40) to a 4-1 victory.

Claggett struck out five and allowed three walks and five hits.

Willie Cabrera had two extra-base hits for the St Paul Saints. He doubled in the first inning, singled in the seventh inning, and homered in the ninth inning.

Zach Baldwin was charged with his second loss of the year. He lasted just four innings, walked one, struck out two, and allowed two runs.

The St Paul Saints were sparked by Ole Sheldon and Cabrera, who teamed up for six hits and three RBIs.
