The Lincoln Saltdogs (29-45) were never able to get over the hump and get over their troubles against the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks (49-25) on Sunday, as the Lincoln Saltdogs fell 2-1 at Newman Outdoor Field after falling behind by two runs in the second inning.

The Lincoln Saltdogs scored one run in the sixth on a fielder's choice. Still, the Lincoln Saltdogs couldn't catch the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks.

Ryan Delgado racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks. He homered in the second inning and singled in the eighth inning.

Alex Caldera picked up the win for the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks. Caldera pitched seven innings and allowed one earned run, six hits and two walks while striking out five.

Ryan Sheldon was charged with his third loss of the year. He lasted just six innings, walked one, struck out seven, and allowed two runs.
