Miles Durham knocked in four runs, helping the St Paul Saints (29-28) to a 7-3 victory over the Sioux City Explorers (27-33) on Friday at Lewis _ Clark Park.

Brandon Newton reached base three times. He singled in the first inning and doubled in the sixth inning.

Anthony Claggett recorded his fourth win of the year for the St Paul Saints. He allowed three runs over six innings. Claggett struck out three, walked none and gave up six hits.

Ty Marotz ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his second loss of the year. He lasted just seven innings, walked two, struck out two, and allowed five runs.
