Waters allows no runs to lead the York Revolution past the Long Island Ducks 11-0

Chris Waters kept the Long Island Ducks (52-57) off the board during his seven innings of work and the York Revolution (59-50) beat the Long Island Ducks, 11-0.

Waters struck out six and allowed three walks and five hits.

Chris Nowak hit two home runs for the York Revolution. Nowak went 3-5 in the game with four RBIs and two runs scored. Nowak homered in the seventh and eighth innings.

Five runs in the opening three innings allowed the York Revolution to easily put away the Long Island Ducks. A two-run single by Johan Limonta during the first inning and a two-run double by Scott Grimes in the second inning supplied the early offense for the York Revolution.

Bubbie Buzachero (0-1) took the loss for the Long Island Ducks. He lasted just three innings, walked two, struck out one, and allowed five runs.
