Ryan Deitrich hit three home runs to carry the Pittsfield Suns (27-25) to a 9-6 win over the Wachusett Dirt Dawgs (9-42) at Doyle Field.

Deitrich racked up six RBIs on three hits for the Pittsfield Suns. He homered in the first, fifth, and ninth innings.

Shane Beauchemin brought the heat against the Wachusett Dirt Dawgs during his outing. The Wachusett Dirt Dawgs managed just three hits off of Beauchemin, who allowed one earned run, walked one and struck out three during his five innings of work.

Shane Keddy put himself in scoring position with two extra-base hits for the Wachusett Dirt Dawgs. He homered in the fourth inning, singled in the sixth inning, and doubled in the eighth inning.

Alex DiSanto ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his third loss of the year. He lasted just five innings, walked one, struck out three, and allowed four runs.
