Chris Curley went 2-4 and hit a home run, sparking the Florence Freedom (40-33) to a 6-3 victory over the London Rippers (25-35) on Wednesday at Home of the Florence Freedom.

The Florence Freedom relied on Andres Caceres to eat up innings en route to the win. Caceres pitched eight innings and allowed no earned runs, five hits and one walk while striking out three.

Matt Schimpf was the game's losing pitcher. He allowed six runs in six innings, walked none and struck out three.
