Wednesday was a great day for Alan Mocahbee, as he clubbed two home runs to carry the Herndon Braves (17-20) to a 10-5 victory over the Gaithersburg Giants (17-20) at Herndon High School.
Peyton Isaacson racked up four RBIs on two hits for the Gaithersburg Giants. He singled in the third innings and doubled in the fifth inning.
Mark LeDuc recorded his first win of the year for the Herndon Braves. He struck out one, walked none and surrendered one hit.
Eddie ONeill was charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just one inning, walked one, struck out none, and allowed three runs.
