The Geneva Red Wings (9-34) and the Victor RailRiders (21-20) each put runners in scoring position on Wednesday, but the Geneva Red Wings capitalized on more RBI opportunities, pulling out a 7-6 win at McDonough Park.

Drake Sykes racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Geneva Red Wings. He singled in the first inning and doubled in the second inning.

The Victor RailRiders were led by Keyshawn DOrso's hitting. DOrso went 3-5, drove in one and scored one run. He doubled in the first inning and singled in the fourth and sixth innings.

Tom Sutera got the win, running his season record to 2-4. He allowed three runs over five innings. He struck out none, walked one and surrendered six hits.

Tucker Powell was charged with the loss. He lasted just four innings, walked six, struck out one, and allowed four runs.
