The Lower Columbia's late runs seal 11-1 blowout over the Centralia

A five-run seventh inning sealed an 11-1 win for the Lower Columbia (14-7) over the Centralia (6-12) on Wednesday.

The Lower Columbia scored in the seventh on , a fielder's choice, a single by Lorin Archibald, an RBI single by Riley Higgins, an RBI single by Cameron Campbell, and a two-run single by Taylor Davis.

Campbell racked up two RBIs on three hits for the Lower Columbia.

Joel Worden kept contact to a minimum, striking out nine the Centralia batters. Worden allowed one earned run, eight hits and no walks over eight innings.

The Centralia were led by a flawless day at the dish by Eric Fich, who went 3-3 against the Lower Columbia's pitching. He singled in the third, sixth, and eighth innings.

Josh Muneno (0-3) took the loss for the Centralia. He lasted just six innings, walked none, struck out four, and allowed three runs.

The Lower Columbia hammered the Centralia pitching as six hitters had a field day, combining for 14 hits, nine RBIs and nine runs scored.
