The Hyannis Harbor Hawks make the most of 10 hits in 8-5 victory over the Bourne Braves

The Hyannis Harbor Hawks (15-17) and the Bourne Braves (14-16) both had scoring chances on Monday, but it was the Hyannis Harbor Hawks that were able to capitalize on them as they pulled out an 8-5 win at McKeon Park.

Brett Netzer led the Hyannis Harbor Hawks' offensive threat, as he got on base three times in the game. He scored three runs and had one RBI. He homered in the fourth inning and singled in the eighth inning.

Justin Lewis baffled the Bourne Braves, striking out five batters. The Hyannis Harbor Hawks' pitcher tossed four innings of shutout ball and allowed only four hits.

Justin Yurchak racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Bourne Braves. He singled in the seventh inning and homered in the ninth inning.

Matthew Naylor recorded his third win of the year for the Hyannis Harbor Hawks. He allowed one run over 1 2/3 innings. He struck out one, walked one and surrendered two hits.

JT Perez couldn't get it done on the rubber for the Bourne Braves, taking a loss. He lasted just three innings, walked one, struck out two, and allowed four runs.
