The Wareham Gatemen (7-6) beat the Hyannis Harbor Hawks (5-9) 5-4 on Saturday at Spillane Field behind Colton Shaver, who went 2-3.

Ethan Small pitched lights out for the Wareham Gatemen. The Hyannis Harbor Hawks managed just three hits off of the the Wareham Gatemen's pitcher, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out four during his four innings of work.

Dylan Busby boosted his batting average thanks to a perfect 3-3 day at the plate to pace the Hyannis Harbor Hawks. He singled in the sixth inning and doubled in the fourth and eighth innings.

Ryan Wilson recorded his first win of the year for the Wareham Gatemen. He allowed one run over three innings. Wilson struck out three, walked one and gave up two hits.

Trysten Barlow was charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just one-third of an inning, walked none, struck out none, and allowed one run.
