A magnificent effort by Ryan Lee carried the Kokomo Jackrabbits (14-12) to a 3-0 win over the West Virginia Miners (15-10) on Friday at Kokomo Municipal Stadium.

Lee held the West Virginia Miners scoreless during his nine innings of work. He pitched a shutout, allowing no runs on five hits while striking out seven.

Jacob Belinda was charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just six innings, walked five, struck out four, and allowed two runs.
